32. I’m worried all the time

In this episode, I talk to a parent whose child has an eating disorder, and she is worried all the time. The mom’s friends and partner have told her it’s a problem, and her kids are both annoyed and upset with her for worrying. But she feels as if she has no option. So I address what worry is, when it’s helpful, when it’s not helpful, and why recovering from worry is a critical way that this mom can help her daughter recover.
